Heavy to heavy rainfall occurred in parts of southwest Hunan, northern and southeastern Guangxi, central and southwestern Guangdong, north-central Hainan Island and Taiwan Island. The maximum hourly rainfall in the above areas is 30~83 mm, and thunderstorms and winds occur locally.

Cold air affects places such as Inner Mongolia and Northeast China from the 5th to the 24th. From the 25th to 28th, there will be moderate to heavy rain in the eastern part of the southwest region.
