"The zone of interest" tells the daily life of the family of the commander of the Auschwitz camp. The film has achieved the feat of describing the horror of Auschwitz without ever showing the inside of the camps.
Do not miss the film, shot in German, which narrowly missed the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival this year. It is the adaptation of a novel which tells the life of a family living on the outskirts of the concentration camps. It was shot in Poland because the director wanted to film in the country.
