Judge saw no basis for this charge. They were temporarily arrested in October 2023 during a demonstration against a meeting of energy managers in the British capital. The conditions imposed on the demonstrators by the police were "so unclear that they are unlawful," said the judge, as the British news agency PA reported from the courtroom.
