Central Meteorological Observatory: There will be widespread rain, snow and freezing weather in the central and eastern regions. Heavy snowstorm or extremely heavy snowstorm; moderate to heavy rain in most areas in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and south.
There was persistent freezing rain in parts of southern Henan, Hubei, central and northern Anhui,central and northern Hunan, eastern Guizhou, and southeastern Chongqing. The new snow depth in some of the above-mentioned areas is 5 to 12 centimeters, and it can reach more than 16 centimeters in some places.
