Central Meteorological Observatory: A new round of cold wave is coming and temperatures fluctuate violently in central and eastern China. Zhang Fanghua, chief forecaster of the Central Meteorological observatory, said that this cold wave weather process has several notable characteristics.
The main snowfall process is from February 18th to 22nd. Snowfall will occur successively in the eastern part of Northwest China, North China, Northeast China, Huanghuai, Jianghu Kai, Jianghan, northern and western Jiangnan, or from rain to sleet to snow.
