Big Motor: Trees were cut down at the direction of employees; then-store manager and other documents sent to prosecutors. Suspect Toshiyuki Kambara (51), an employee of Big Motor, is suspected of damaging property for allegedly instructing the cutting down of roadside trees in front of the Kawasaki store in Kawasaki City two years ago while working at the company's headquarters was arrested.
The police believe that the employee's visit was the trigger for the tree cutting, and will investigate the matter in detail.
