BGH investigative judge issues arrest warrant for suspected ex-RAF terrorist. Daniela Klette is suspected of attempted murder in two cases as well as attempted and completed explosive explosions as an accomplice.
Mere membership in the RAF has been statute-barred since 2018. This doesn't change anything for Klette's pre-trial detention, where she has been in custody since the end of February due to an arrest warrant from the Verden district court. The proceedings in Lower Saxony are also directed against the wanted suspected former RAF terrorists Ernst-Volker Staub and Burkhard Garweg.
