Al Jazeera's camera monitored the effects of an Israeli bombing that targeted two homes belonging to the Abu Issa and Bakr families in the central Gaza Strip. Residents and civil defense crews tried to evacuate injured or stranded people, in addition to recovering the bodies of martyrs.

Al Jazeera correspondent Ashraf Abu Amra's report reviewed testimonies of Palestinians who narrated the moments of bombing, which were followed by searches for missing persons using simple, primitive means. The report was produced by Al Jazeera's Middle East and North Africa desk.
