Affected by snowfall and icy roads, 1,665 toll stations have been closed in many places across the country. Light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of the west, eastern northwest, central and western North China.
Severe to heavy snowfalls in some areas, such as eastern Chongqing, northeastern Guizhou and other places, and heavy snowstorms occurred locally. There were localized freezing rain in western Anhui, eastern Hubei, northern Hunan, and eastern Guzhou.
