A shuttle vehicle for a child welfare facility falls onto the side of a national highway, injuring 6 children in Aomori. The children were elementary and junior high school students living at the facility and were on their way to a branch classroom at a school in the city.
Two of the children suffered serious injuries including broken arms, but there are no life-threatening injuries. The police are investigating the cause of the accident, and it has been snowing since the night of the 26th.
