A farewell ceremony for the body of Comrade Wang Zhifen, a police officer who died in the line of duty in Pengzhou, Chengdu, was held. He was injured in a traffic accident while conducting traffic safety hazard inspection work on mountainous roads.
After hospital rescue failed, he died at 0:55 on the 22nd, leaving his beloved job at the age of 49. For his outstanding work achievements, he has been commended by the Chengdu Municipal Public Security Bureau and made outstanding contributions to construction of peace.
