A 19-year-old suspect was arrested for allegedly handing over cough medicine without permission on the street next to Tohoku. The female high school student was caught out in the middle of the night and was escorted out, where she said she had been given drugs.
In response to the investigation, she reportedly stated, ''I thought it would be an opportunity to meet girls.'' The suspect is suspected of violating the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. The Metropolitan Police Department believes that the suspect frequently visited Toyoko from Osaka.
