Pensioner sentenced to two years probation for trafficking in marijuana. The 82-year-old had traded several dozen grams of marijuana last year and earlier this year.

Prosecution had demanded a prison sentence of two years and ten months. Judge spoke of a "special case" and explained that despite the many previous convictions and probation, less serious cases could be assumed. He is now provided with a probation officer, and he also receives regular visits from the police. The verdict can be appealed.
