8 Japanese detained in the Philippines suspected of involvement in special fraud, to be arrested today. According to the investigation so far, the eight people appear to have been ''callers'' who made false phone calls from the local area to elderly people in Japan.
Kanagawa Prefectural Police dispatched about 20 investigators to the area on the night of the 29th, and on the 30th they will transport eight people to Japan and arrest them, in order to uncover the true situation of the group.
