"Invisible overtime" is prevalent, but there is no consensus on whether it is overtime, and it is even more difficult to protect rights. With the prevalence of remote working, the boundaries between work time and personal time have gradually become blurred.

More than 15 workers from various industries in Beijing, Hebei, Guangdong and other places had "in invisible overtime" and more than half of the workers did not receive any form of compensation after working overtime. Experts interviewed believe that by further improving relevant laws and regulations, workers should increase their awareness of proof.
