19-year-old killed in accident at speed of over 40km/h without stopping in Fukushima. Tomoya Hoshino (19), a first-year university student from Miyashiro Town, Saitama Prefecture, was killed.
A 19- year-old female university student suffered serious injuries, including a fractured skull. Police arrested Hideko Omokawa (72), a part-time employee living in the town who was driving the light passenger car, on the spot, and on the morning of the 17th, she was referred to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
