13 years after the Great East Japan Earthquake: Drill to guide stranded people in front of Kichijoji Station Tokyo. Drill was conducted under the assumption that an earthquake directly struck the capital, and public transportation became inoperable.

More than 2,000 people were unable to return home after the earthquake. Countermeasures council that sponsored the drill is asking for the cooperation of surrounding companies and schools to ensure that no one is stranded returning home, asking people to stay at their workplaces until it is safe to return.
