[HIGHLIGHTS] 1,005 Swedish artists: Exclude Israel from Eurovision

1,005 Swedish artists call on the EBU and SVT to exclude Israel from Eurovision. The reason is the war in Gaza.

The artists behind the appeal are Ann Terneheim, Eric Saade, Peg Parnevik, Robyn, Mauro Scocco, Silvana Imam, Timbuktu, Sabina Ddumba, Viagra Boys and Newkid. The EBU has previously justified its stance with the fact that the Eurovision song contest is a competition between public service companies rather than states.
