Settlers use modern roads, bridges and tunnels, while Palestinians are forced to use bumpy and dirt roads full of barriers. While an Israeli settler can cover the distance from Bethlehem to Jerusalem in just eight minutes, a Palestinian citizen may take several hours to cover the same distance.

The manifestations of apartheid practiced by Israel against the Palestinians did not exclude infrastructure. The Israeli apartheid regime is based on the idea that the only solution to the Palestinian problem is the creation of a Palestinian state.
