Rare jellyfish is on display at an aquarium in Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture. A species of comb jelly called the "throat jellyfish" has only been reported to have been collected in a few places in the world, including Nagasaki and Mie prefectures.
Jellyfish keeper Sota Goto: "Among the confirmed jellyfish, I think this is probably the only jellyfish on display" There is no set period for the exhibition, and depending on the condition of the jellyfish the exhibition may end in a short period of time.
