Guide Michelin awards more stars to Germany's top kitchens than ever before. Ten German restaurants won the highest Michelin award this year and were awarded three stars - one Bavarian is new.
Sustainability is also more often rewarded. In 2024, ten restaurants will be able to receive thehighest Michelin Award and receive three stars. The awarding of the coveted stars is based on a uniform rating system - regardless of the country. The criteria include the quality of the products, a personal touch, the price-performance ratio and consistent quality over the long term.
