At a roadside station in Fujiyoshida City, people gathered at 2:23 p.m. and ate rice balls all at once, facing the direction of Mt. Fuji. The balls were prepared at the Fuji Prefectural World Heritage Center in Fujikawaguchiko Town, Yamanashi.
