Fumitoho Oguchi, 51, was a victim of the disaster in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Oguchi's vision has gradually become narrower since he was 20 years old due to a retinal disease called retinitis pigmentosa.
Before the earthquake, he used a white cane to move around by himself. Life as an evacuee, unable to even move by himself, became mentally difficult. Touching someone else's feces in the toilet and getting colitis is another hardship.
