Osaka city imposes administrative punishment on Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Voluntarily recalled products. A second death has been reported in addition to the previous one.
The city is considering issuing a recall order or disposal order for the three products in question, taking into consideration the progress of the company's voluntary recall.
