The "Tonami Tulip Fair," which features approximately 300 million tulips, opened on the 22nd in Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture. Due to the recent warmth, the tulips were declared in full bloom for the first time in the 72nd edition of the event.
This year's theme is "A Symphony of Tulips of Colors," and 21,000 tulips are used in the park's large flower bed to express treble clefs and various musical notes.
