Since 2018, the Ministry of Education has announced the list of approved competitions three times, established a competition "whitelist" system, strictly controlled the number of competitions, improved the quality of competitions. Competitions and the results of competitions are not used as a basis for enrollment inPrimary and Secondary schools or as a bonus point project for college entrance examinations.
