Yandex will submit an application for listing shares on the Moscow Exchange. In December, Yandex registered in the special administrative region on Oktyabrsky Island.
The government commission approved the acquisition by a Russian group of investors of 96.3% of the shares of MKAO Y andex from the Dutch Yand Ex NV. The company will apply to the public joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS with an application to list ordinary shares of the international company.
