Lufthansa Cargo employees will go on a one-day strike on Saturday. The Ver.di union wants to increase the pressure in collective bargaining.
No impact on the flight plan was expected. The union is demanding 12.5 percent more salary, at least 500 euros per month, for a twelve-month contract for the approximately 25,000 employees of Lufthana AG, Lufhansa Technik and Luftansa cargo. The airline has not yet responded to this demand.
