Users will be identified and warned thanks to SNCF files. They will receive an email from customer service in the coming days, which will tell them how to obtain compensation. The Intercités, which are partly subsidized by the State, have been particularly affected by strike movements since the beginning of the year. It is for this reason that the Minister of Transport wants such a measure, qualified as "exceptional" by the S NCF.
