For companies that want to introduce generative AI into their operations, increasing the number of employees who can use it is also an issue. CyberAgent, an IT company, has been training all of its employees on how to use generated AI since last year.

Last month, LINE Yahoo started offering reskilling courses for external companies to learn the basic knowledge of Generative AI. PwC Japan Group, a major consulting company, conducted a survey in March of last year on the state of AI utilization among Japanese and American companies. 54% of Japanese companies said they were currently using AI or planned to use it in 2023.
