The United States releases the "2024 Foreign Trade Barriers Assessment Report" and lists China as a country of primary concern. Ministry of Commerce's response.

China believes that whether countries' trade policies constitute barriers should be judged based on whether they violate WTO rules. The U.S. report did not provide any evidence to prove that relevant Chinese policies and practices violated WTO rules, but arbitrarily accused China of so-called "non-market" policies. China firmly opposes this. The United States should stop making false accusations against other countries.
