The State Duma Committee approved the waiver of fines for violating the rules for the sale of foreign currency earnings. The corresponding amendment was included in the draft amendments to the Administrative Code.

“There is a proposal to abandon this norm due to a number of circumstances,” said First Deputy Chairman of the Committee Daniil Bessarabov. Earlier, Russian Presidential Assistant Maxim Oreshkin supported the initiative to extend the decree on thesale of foreign Currency earnings by large exporters.
