The daily volume of purchases of foreign currency and gold from February 7 to March 6, 2024, will amount to 3.7 billion rubles. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Finance.
It is noted that the total amount of funds for the purchase is 73.2 billion Rubles. Earlier it was reported that the Russian government supports the extension of measures on the mandatory sale of foreign Currency earnings by the largest exporters. Also, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that the issue of extending measures is the prerogative of the Cabinet.
