The Israeli fund MDSR acquires 21 Carrefour supermarkets in Spain. The transacted portfolio totals nearly 110,000 square meters of Gross Lettable Area.
Among the assets are three supermarkets located in the central area of Madrid and many others in its metropolitan area. The rest of the portfolio is made up of properties located in Santiago de Compostela, Vitoria, Castellón, Guadalajara, Jerez, Tarragona, Palencia and Logroño.
