The import and export volume of the nine mainland cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area reached 37.34 trillion yuan in five years. Among them, exports were 23.37 trillion yuan and imports were 13.97 trillion yuan.

The export of the "three new" products (electric passenger vehicles, lithium batteries, and solar cells) has grown rapidly. In 2023, the number of transported goods will exceed 480,000 TEUs, a year-on-year increase of 40.6%.
