The CNMC files charges against the Asturian TechPump, owner of several pornographic websites. The law requires that these companies include mechanisms that effectively verify the age of users.
Techpump has already received a fine of more than half a million euros from the Spanish Data Protection Agency for the lack of transparency in the use they gave to the data collected by their websites. Porn300, Superporn, Cumlouder, Serviporno, Heureporno and Folieporno will be sanctioned if they do not implement age verification.
