The central parity rate of RMB against the US dollar was reported at 7.1004 yuan, down 62 basis points. The People's Bank of China authorized the China Foreign Exchange Trading Center to announce the rate on March 22, 2024.

On the previous trading day, the rate was 1 US dollar to RMB 7.0942. The rate will be the same as the rate reported on March 21, 2024, when the parity rate was 7.104 yuan. It will be at the same level as the exchange rate announced on March 1, 2024: 7.084 yuan to 1.074 dollar.
