The Body Shop is apparently facing bankruptcy in Great Britain. According to the media, bankruptcy will soon be filed in its home market.
The company is preparing to appoint an expert to lead a restructuring. The Body Shop has around 200 stores in the UK. It is also represented in Germany. The cosmetics chain was founded in 1976 by Anita Roddick in Brighton, England. It sold “ethically responsible and nature-based ingredients from all over the world, in packaging that was no-frills and easy to refill”
