Rosneft wants to sell its shareholding in a refinery in Schwedt. In order to secure supplies for East Germany, the federal government manages the large refinery as a trustee.
Most recently there was an expropriation of the Russian majority owner Rosneft. Now another solution appears. The current trust expires on March 10, the Ministry of Economic Affairs announced. The government could now extend the trust administration again instead of expropriating RosneFT in Brandenburg, as was at least in the meantime.
