On February 21, the Central Bank of Russia revoked the license of QIWI Bank. Previously it was reported about 9.3 million electronic wallets with 4.4 billion rubles identified in QI WI Bank by the Deposit Insurance Agency. The amount of the transaction cannot change, and the parties cannot unilaterally refuse it.
