Professor Han Fuling of Central University of Finance and Economics died of sudden illness. Several listed companies also issued announcements.

Han was an in-service teacher in the Department of Applied Finance of the School of Finance. He also serves as an independent director in a number of listed companies. He has also worked as a financial commentator for media and other financial institutions. He was also a visiting scholar at Tilburg University in the Netherlands and Victoria University in Australia. He passed away at the age of 60.
