Police warn of new scams involving fixed-term deposits on the Internet. Fraudulent websites advertise fixed- term deposit offers - in the end the savings are gone.
According to the police, it is difficult to distinguish the portals from legitimate offers. An investor from the Lake Constance district lost 700,000 euros in this way. The Friedrichshafen Criminal Police Directorate has already reported several investigations involving this form of fraud to the public prosecutor's office. Invest your money only in reputable banks and credit institutions.
