New rental price index: How it is applied, which homes it affects and which autonomous communities are going to implement it. Ten months after the approval of the Housing Law, the Government has made public the system.
The index will be applied in those autonomous communities that request the central Executive to declare stressed areas. At the moment, the only one that has started the procedures to apply it is Catalonia, although Housing anticipates that they have received verbal interest from the regional governments of Navarra and Asturias.
