National Bureau of Statistics: National real estate development investment from January to February was 1.1842 billion yuan. Sales of newly built commercial housing were 1,056.6 billion yuan, down 29.3%, of which residential sales dropped 32.7%.
At the end of February, the area of commercial housing for sale was 759.69 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 15.9%. Among them, the residential area for sale increased by 23.8%.
