MOS Food Service Expands delivery of ingredients to stores earlier in the morning. The aim is to avoid the daytime hours when roads are congested and shorten drivers' working hours.

The company has been gradually introducing this initiative since last fall, and plans to expand it to approximately one-third of its stores nationwide, mainly in urban areas, by the end of this fiscal year. Tetsuya Shoji of the Product Distribution Group said, ``Up until now, shippers have thought that all they had to do was ask for the goods to be transported, but now they need to work together to find solutions.''
