[HIGHLIGHTS] Ministry of Commerce: In the first four months, the value of service outsourcing contracts undertaken by Chinese enterprises increased by 15.8% year-on-year

From January to April 2023, Chinese enterprises undertook service outsourcing contracts worth 1.4 billion yuan (the same currency below) China undertook the implementation of offshore service outsourcing of the member countries of the RCEP to 628.24 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.24%. The implementation of service outsourcing in Indonesia and Singapore increased rapidly.

China's service outsourcing has absorbed a total of 983 million employees, accounting for 7.1% of the national total.
