Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnik spoke to RT. He said the improvement in the economic forecast in the country is due to a number of factors.
According to him, a significant increase in Russia's GDP is expected in the second quarter of 2023. He also said that the Russian economy is acquiring a fundamentally different quality, is beginning to develop according to a new model. He added that as a result, today there is an increase in production in many areas and an intensification of import substitution.
