Data released by the Chinese online travel platform Qunar on the 11th showed that many places in China will usher in a tourism boom during the 2024 Spring Festival. The number of air ticket bookings for trips from the second to the fourth day of the Lunar New Year increased by 60% compared with the same period in 2023.
The ten places are Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Kunming, Haikou, Xi'an and Hangzhou.
