[HIGHLIGHTS] Lufthansa is changing two thirds of the board

Lufthansa is changing two thirds of the board. In addition, the board will shrink from six to five members in the future.

CFO Remco Steenbergen will leave the group in May. Christina Foerster (sustainability), Harry Hohmeister (network management) and Detlef Kayser (fleet/technology) will follow at the end of June. Grazia Vittadini, who comes from Rolls-Royce, is new to the management as head of technology.
