LINE Yahoo to review outsourcing to Korean company due to large-scale leak issue. It is believed that 519,000 LINE users' information was leaked.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has requested a report on measures to prevent recurrence by April 1st. Meanwhile, the Ministry is requesting that Naver consider a review of its current capital relationship, in which it has a 50% stake in LINE Yahoo's parent company, and the company, along with Softbank, also has a50% stake.
